Nora and Elias Brisendine opened Downtown Boise in 2014, then brought the same standards to Meridian in 2023.

After years of Meridian regulars asking for a table closer to home, the second dining room opened in 2023. Both kitchens cook Nora’s menu, with the same attention to the plate and a different kind of night around it.
Downtown is the date night. Meridian is where you bring the kids on a Sunday.
